1. How long does it take to make my order?
The rough time frame is two to three weeks. If you take a look at the product description it will provide more information regarding to lead time. There will be seasonal time delays (June - September & January - March) so keep this in mind when deciding when to place your order.
2. Can I pre-order my favours?
Definitely! All we need you to do is add a note to your order telling us when you would like your order delivered and we will hold off construction until this date. If you like, chat with us and we will make a discount code for you to use at checkout to pay a 50% deposit upon ordering. Otherwise full payment is more than fine.
3. How does the design work?
Once you have made your selections for your chosen favour and placed your order, we will make a design just for you. We custom make each design so expect your proof to arrive within 24-48 hours. WE NEVER GO TO PRINT UNTIL YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE DESIGN (please check your emails after placing the order to receive your proof).
4. How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is based on your location and also the weight of the products you have ordered. For items like test tubes, shipping will generally be $9.95 within Australia. Heavier items like candles and honey jars will be between $19.95 and $29.95. We always ship with quality carriers like Fastway and TNT and we always supply tracking.
5. Can I use my own design?
Of course! All we need is a JPEG, Ai or Psd file and we will then send you the artwork proof. Send your design to email@example.com
6. Do you ship overseas?
Yes! Australia generally has very high export prices so only the lighter items are generally sent overseas. Get in contact with us and we can provide a shipping quote.
7. I have my own filling, can you supply your products empty?
We can. Get in touch and we can give you a price and also a link to checkout.

If you are located in SEQ we have a warehouse where you can pick up your order. Please get in touch with us to receive a free shipping code.
10. Can I order a sample?
Yes. However we cannot send customised samples. We use previous swing tags, stickers etc as close as we can to your chosen design.
